How to Get an Appointment?
By Calling ALO 182:
Dial ALO 182 from home, work, payphones, or mobile phones.
Provide your Turkish ID number to the operator.
Specify your preferred hospital, clinic, and doctor (if any).
The operator will inform you of available dates and time slots.
Choose your preferred slot to the appointment.
Online:
Citizens can also book appointments via the "Online Appointment System".
First-time users must create an account by following the prompts.
After registration, click "Get Appointment" and log in with your Turkish ID number and password (or use your e-Government password).
Select your preferred hospital, clinic, and doctor to book.
Mobile App:
Download the free "MHRS Mobile" app from your device’s app store (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
Available for Android, iOS, BlackBerry, and Windows devices.
How to Cancel an Appointment?
By Calling ALO 182:
Call ALO 182 at least 80 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Provide your Turkish ID number to verify your identity.
Inform the assistant of the appointment date and time you wish to cancel.
The assistant will process the cancellation.
Online:
Log in to the Central Physician Appointment System using your Turkish ID and password.
Go to "Appointment History" to view all booked appointments.
Click "Cancel Appointment" to proceed with cancellation.
