VISITOR GUIDELINES

To ensure the well-being of our patients, visitors must adhere to the following rules:

Visiting Hours

• Daily:1:00 PM – 3:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Duration:10 minutes per visit

• Max. Visitors per Room:2 people

Visitor Conduct

• Do not touch medical equipment, patient belongings, or sit on hospital beds.

• No food, drinks, or fresh flowers are allowed (risk of infection/allergies).

• Avoid strong perfumes/colognes (may trigger breathing difficulties).

• Maintain privacy—respect other patients' confidentiality.

Health & Hygiene

• Wash/disinfect hands before and after visits.

• Do not visit if you have:

  • Fever, cough, sneezing, or any infectious illness.

  • A weakened immune system (high infection risk).

• Children under 10 are discouraged from visiting (except with doctor’s approval).

Special Units (ICU, Maternity, etc.)

• Visits follow unit-specific schedules and conditions.

• Siblings/friends of pediatric patients (0–18 years) may visit only with physician approval.

Exceptions

• Children may be permitted if their presence aids patient recovery (doctor’s discretion).
