How to Get an Appointment?

By Phone (ALO 182):

1. Call ALO 182 from any phone.

2. Provide your Turkish ID number to the operator.

3. Specify your preferred hospital, clinic, and doctor (if any).

4. The operator will offer available time slots.

5. Confirm your appointment.

Online:

1. Visit the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS).

2. First-time users: Create an account by following the prompts.

3. Log in using:

   • Your Turkish ID number + password, OR

   • Your e-Government (e-Devlet) credentials.

4. Select hospital → clinic → doctor and book your slot.

Mobile App:

• Download "MHRS Mobil" (free on App Store/Google Play).

How to Check Test Results?

1. e-Nabız System:

   • View all test results (with dates, reference ranges, and explanations).

2. Hospital Lab Portal:

   • Access results via our laboratory results page.
