NORMAL CHILDBIRTH IS ONE OF THE MOST NATURAL FUNCTIONS OF A WOMAN’S BODY.
There are two ways to give birth: vaginal delivery (normal childbirth) and cesarean section, which involves an incision through the abdomen. By nature, a woman’s body is designed for normal childbirth. Normal childbirth is a physiological and natural process, while a cesarean is a surgical procedure—a fact that should not be overlooked. For mothers who cannot have a normal delivery due to medical reasons, a cesarean section is an option.
CHILDBIRTH IS NOT AN EMERGENCY. DON’T PANIC!!!!!

WITH BILLIONS OF WOMEN IN THE WORLD, HOW COULD THERE BE ONLY ONE “RIGHT” WAY TO GIVE BIRTH?
Every birth is unique—there’s no imitation or duplicate!
Every woman needs things during childbirth that reflect her individuality, such as standing, rocking through contractions, dancing, or relaxing inwardly.
NATURAL BIRTH means giving birth in whatever way feels natural to you.
BIRTH PREPARATION PLAN
Planning ahead for childbirth makes the delivery and postpartum period more comfortable.
Visit the delivery room and the postpartum room at the hospital where you’ll give birth.
Meet the midwives working in the delivery room. Seeing a familiar face during labor will help you feel at ease.
If the father-to-be will drive, they should know the routes to the hospital in advance to avoid panic.
If you’ll have a private midwife or birth doula, meet them and discuss your plans together.
If your spouse wants to be present during birth, check the hospital’s rules and discuss this with your doctor.
Prepare your hospital bag by the 32nd week in case of early delivery.
